The Uniform Rapid Suspension
System is a rights protection mechanism that complements the existing Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) by offering a lower-cost, faster path to relief for rights holders experiencing the most clear-cut cases of infringement.
Complaints under the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy may be submitted to any approved dispute-resolution service provider listed below. Each provider follows the Rules for Uniform Domain….. Name Dispute Resolution Policy as well as its own supplemental rules.
STEP 2: Please complete the Request for Registry Data form that you received as instructed and send it back to our Legal team.
STEP 3: Our Legal team will either send the requested Registry Data or provide reasons as to why they cannot provide the requested Registry Data to you, within 2 (two) business days thereafter.
